Visiting this website

This is a static music-label website. Images and fonts are served locally or supplied by your device. We use no advertising trackers, visitor analytics, embedded music or video players, newsletter forms or visitor accounts. Our website code sets no cookies and does not store visitor preferences in your browser.

Hosting and security

Our hosting and content-delivery provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver and protect the website. This can include the requested address, time, browser information and traffic-routing data.

Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in providing a reliable, secure website. Technical connection data is necessary to deliver the pages you request. Cloudflare may also process network data for its own security and operational purposes. Retention depends on the purpose, security needs and applicable legal requirements; we do not maintain a separate visitor database.

Processing can take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare’s data-processing terms provide for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Contacting us

If you contact us, we receive the contact details and message you provide. We use them to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in handling other correspondence.

Our legal-contact address and second contact route are provided through Online-Impressum. Email and contact-service providers may process your message to transmit it. The external contact form opens only when you follow its link; the provider’s privacy information applies to that service. Please only send information needed for your enquiry.

Correspondence is retained for handling and necessary follow-up, and longer where legal retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require it. Once these purposes and obligations cease, the information is deleted.

External websites and music channels

YouTube, Push.fm, Mavis Gray’s website and Online-Impressum are linked, not embedded. Opening a link takes you to the respective provider, which processes data under its own privacy policy. Merely viewing our artist and channel banners does not load a YouTube player or send a request to YouTube.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, subject to its conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. You may complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EU country of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
